Program Description: Foxtrot music is an affordable and fun music program geared towards children ages 0-6 being offered here at the WSPS! Kristen is a former special education teacher turned early childhood music teacher. She plays guitar, piano, ukulele, and like to fiddle with the banjo. She uses puppetry, storybooks, singing, dancing, and lots of hands-on time with instruments to create lessons that engage curiosity, joy, participation, and foster a forever love of music. It is her deeply held belief that children can find their unique voice through song and the power of their body through movement. Foxtrot Music uses these avenues to create something truly spectacular in early childhood music education.
